Case Managers

Since Performance by Design is a Vendor and NOT a Facility, we have decided to partner with the Facility, ML Computer Training. This will allow VA Case Managers to order equipment directly with a 28-1905.

  • Performance by Design (PbD) Ordering Choices:

    Tungsten

    1.Email us at orders@mlcomputertraining.com for a Requesting for Quote (RFQ). Please include the Veteran's name, address, phone number and specific computer equipment being requested.

    2. You will receive a confirmation email from us with your requested quote.

    3. Generate the request in Tungsten. The information should include:

  • Tax ID: Available on Request
  • 4. Once the request is in Tungsten, we will get the notification from them to proceed.

    5. Orders will be delivered to the Veteran's location within 10 business days.

    6. Once the Veteran has received their computer equipment, you will receive an invoice requesting payment. You can then go back into Tungsten to approve the invoice.

    Purchase Card

    1. Fax (707-657-0341) or email sales@performbydesign.com the requested (the Veteran’s, name, address, phone number and specific computer equipment being requested.)

    2. You will receive a confirmation email from sales@performbydesign.com within 24 hours stating that your order is being processed.

     

    3. Orders will be delivered to the Veteran’s location within 10 business days.

    4. Once the Veteran has received their computer equipment you will receive an invoice requesting payment.
